Twister Sisters footage of the storm and what looks to be the wedge tornado near El Reno, OK on May 31st, 2013. This was shot at 6:30pm from WNW of the Moore, OK area looking WNW towards the approaching storm. Just after this we continued south and got caught in the traffic mess as the storm got closer. Angela D. “Angie” Taylor, who holds three degrees from the University, including a Ph.D. in educational leadership in 2004, MPA in public administration and policy in 1991 and a B.S. in marketing in 1985, is president and chief executive officer of Guardian Quest Inc., which specializes in training, organizational development and leadership solutions for clients and organizations across the country. She is also founder/CEO of ExcelQuest Community Development Corporation, a training agency that works with faith-based community and non-profit organizations. A member of the Washoe County School District Board of Trustees and currently serving as the board’s president, Dr. Taylor’s professional career also includes two decades at the University, serving in several senior-level leadership positions.
