From the late 1970s to early 1990s, a restaurant on Indy’s east sided thrilled audiences of several generations with a unique approach of family entertainment. Families, dates, school and church groups alike would stand in line for hours to be seated in a huge room, dine on delicious pizza, and then out of nowhere, majestic music would boom and from a platform, an organist would appear behind what was known as The Mighty Wurlitzer Pipe Organ. New comers, and regulars alike would be in awe of the massive sound, and how not only the organist (either Donna Parker, Ken Double or Bill Valask) would perform wonderful melodies, but, also played the percussion and other sundry sound effects that were NOT populated by a computer or any thing electronic. It was done by the basic flip of a switch and sending a current to the selected instrument. I hope you enjoy this piece of Indy history

Mr Fuller: Visit
We drove just a few miles south of the historic city of Charleston the Charleston Tea Plantation is located on historic Wadmalaw Island in the heart of the Lowcountry of South Carolina. The history of the Island dates back to mid-June of 1666 when it is believed that Captain Robert Sanford and the crew of the Berkeley Bay landed on the shores of what is now known as Rockville, South Carolina. On June 23, 1666, he and his crew claimed the land for England and the Lords Proprietors. Today, Wadmalaw is considered to be one of Charleston’s most unspoiled islands. It is approximately 10 miles long and 6 miles wide. The Island’s only connection to the mainland is a bridge that crosses over Church Creek.

Building a Homestead
We do hope you choose to follow us during this journey and join us on our NEW adventures.
As of January 2015, we had started walking down a path of changes to meet a five-year goal of traveling the United States viewing and enjoying the beauty of the canvas that our Heavenly Father has painted for us to live in.
In May 2015 we bought a 28 foot Class C motor home that we called Maycee. On September 16th, we had an accident and Maycee was totaled, so we are now embarking on finding a replacement in addition to working on a homestead that we will use as our home base.
We invite you to come and enjoy the journey with us!

Charleston, the South Carolina port city founded in 1670, is defined by its cobblestone streets, horse-drawn carriages and pastel antebellum houses, particularly in the elegant French Quarter and Battery districts. The Battery promenade and Waterfront Park both overlook Charleston Harbor, while Fort Sumter, a federal stronghold where the first shots of the Civil War rang out, lies across the water.

Real haunted houses:Battery Carriage House Inn, Charleston, South Carolina
This beautiful mid-19th Century home commands an impressive site overlooking the waterfront battery and White Point Gardens in Charleston’s historic district. The main house itself remains a private home, but its rear carriage house has been turned into a quaint bed and breakfast, and this is where all of the supernatural events occur. The area surrounding the property has witnessed quite an interesting history, from events of the Civil War back to when pirates were hanged from nearby trees. This may be why the inn is such an active paranormal site.
In room 8, male guests are typically targeted by a rough looking sort of ghost who likes to startle and harass them, without being hostile. Chairs have been known to slam against walls in this room and his apparition is usually only seen from the torso up. Room 10 has an apparition of a slender man who has mostly appeared to women, with a mother and daughter capturing the sound of breathing and tapping on a camera left running overnight, along with a shadow that continuously passed in front of it. The last bit of activity occurs in room 3 where strange lights are observed and electrical devices seem to have a mind of their own – like blaring to life when turned off or unplugged.
