The drugs come to Western Maryland from Baltimore, Philadelphia, Pittsburgh and DC. And the heroin is strong. The Cumberland area recently had a death from what’s called krokodil. It’s heroin mixed with gas and paint thinner that literally burns the flesh off the body.

  1. Make ALL drugs legal … provide rehab to those who want it … it's Darwinism … cull the herd. The crime problem will go away.

  2. Junkies die, birds sing, sun shines, night dark. The countries flooded with drugs. The weak ones use them they die. you want it stop kill the dealers . clean out Mexico. If democrats would have given money for the wall you wouldn't have these problems.

  3. I remember seeing this before and thinking the cops were being hella paranoid about 2 people standing in the park talking.

  4. People thank your government, for this because this is what happens when you take people's pain meds away! Prohibition didn't stop the booze, but it did kill a lot of people, and made gangsters wealthy, so thank your federal mafia for being the biggest criminals, and only epidemic this country has!

  5. Almost a year and a half later and things have just gotten worse in the area. Looks like the big plans these idiots had aren't working.

  6. Its a shame. Cumberland use to be a magnificent city-a powerhouse of jobs in Western Maryland. I remember it well. Now its just another democrat created Hellhole

  8. Dangerous drugs are everywhere not just in the inner city slums of Philadelphia, Baltimore, Washington, Richmond, etc.

  9. Born and raised in this town left and never looked back. A shame that the founding fathers of the Queen city didn't capitalize on putting this place on the map. Beautiful country ruined by the two prisons they bilt and the garbage that came in behind them.

  10. When it was in the inner city it wasn't a problem…….now that it's spilling over into those county's it's a BATTLE!! HEROIN BEEN IN THE CITY'S SINCE THE LATE 60'S

  11. What did you expect after building prisons to house people from Baltimore & D.C. …… The families come with them then you give them a place to live SMH

  12. The problem is it't all about neurotransmitters. Natural and necessary brain chimcals. Neurotransmitters, dopamine, serotonine.
