  1. Yoga Ball is good. Rebounding is better and at $23.99 for a blue colored rebounder right now at Walmart. I’m not making the switch but adding another way to internal fitness. Whatever you eat, working to better your internals is the win. GBOMBS doesn’t say avoid meats or just eat greens. It says maximize the nutrition of what you eat 95% or more of the time.

  2. Why is this doctor kind of dancing when he is speaking and why is he making those facial contortions? Why cant he simply speak out a think and express himself in words ina simple relaxed manner. Some people do this and it seems they are having a hard time explaining something complex, whereas the truth is they just lack verbal communication and trying show that actually its the subject matter which is too complex.

  3. Wow! That was a great explanation of our lymph system. So important for our body to function correctly. Should be talked about more!!

  4. Walking and other activities may be preferable to rebounding for some people in terms of improving lymphatic flow.

    Rebounding has side effects such as:
    * Increased incidence of pelvic floor issues (in women)
    * Increase in imusculoskeletal injuries,
    e.g. shoulder injuries (as people fall off them)

    If you decide to rebound:
    * make sure your rebounder has soft but sturdy vertical walls
    * consider rebounding in a non-vertical position (e.g. rebounding on your behind, anyone?)
    * be wary of "group rebounding" on large rebounders, as injuries are more likely if people crash into one another (or fall off wall-free rebounders)

    Whatever you decide to do, move more to help your lymphatic system.

  5. I use my rebounder to run without harming my joints, hips, spine, etc. I DO NOT expect any particular exercise to "cure cancer." It's giving tebounding a bad name – sounds like selling snake oil. ALL exercises that involves some jumping do the same thing except that rebounding permits people with injured or disabled joints and spine to run and jump more safely. This is a major issue for those of us with permanent joint damage. But that's it. Any similar exercise will do the same thing. But hard surfaces cause injuries that rebounders rarely do. Isn't that good enough?.

    Please stop claiming this as a "cancer cure." Thank you.

  6. Did he actually say 'whether you believe in HIV or not'…Why would I listen to someone who even questions the existence of a scientifically proven virus?

  7. "…whether you believe in HIV virus or not…" could you elaborate? I question where it originated but I've never heard any debate on if it exists or not. Maybe I have the wrong idea of what HIV is?

  8. Oh hai! Have you heard about – Bekkas Incredible Sugar Detox (should be on google have a look)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got great results with it.

  9. Kevin Trudeau was right! He wrote about rebounding in his Natural Cures book and he was lampooned by John Stossel on 20/20.
